Biography

David Thulin (pronounced "to-lean") was born and raised in Sweden to parents Morgan and Helene Thulin. His family immigrated to Florida when he was young, and he spent his childhood traveling between Sweden and USA.

David owns and operates a music production company based out of Nashville, TN where he produces and writes music in most genres for artists like TJ Jackson (of 3T), Sam Tinnesz, Andreas Moss, Christian Kirk, Melanie Pfirrman, Icon for Hire, and many more.

With multiple #1 Billboard and iTunes projects to his name, and more than 250 million cumulative streams and counting, Thulin has proven himself as an established producer and songwriter, but he also composes music for Film/TV and Video Games. David has scored music for TV shows on almost every major US TV network, including ABC, NBC, CBS, E!, FOX, MTV, Netflix, Paramount+ and more! His composer reel includes such shows as “Survivor” “The Masked Singer” “Claim To Fame” “Making It” and “Mariah’s World” to name a few. Other projects include his recent contribution to EA Games “Sims 4” and the upcoming 25 year celebration of “Survivor” Season 50.

Starting off as a Beatmaker and EDM Remixer, Thulin spent his early days remixing artists in the CCM world and making beats for rappers. In later years he has focused mainly on producing for other artists, composing for TV shows, and building his own artistry via several widely different passion projects including Simple Thieves (dark pop) and Circa83 (lo-fi).
